The luxury chalet is ideal for a family or group of up to 4 people, with a comfortable living space of 50 square metres, divided into two bedrooms, luxury kitchen and a modern bathroom. The interior of the chalet has been designed with an eye for comfort and quality. It is a smoke-free accommodation, ideal for guests who value a fresh and clean living environment.
The chalet is situated on a spacious plot of 200m2. Enjoy peace and privacy in the private garden or relax on the spacious terrace. There are 2 beautifully landscaped terraces, a spacious outdoor dining table and a seating area suitable for a delicious drink. The gas barbecue at the chalet can be used for delicious outdoor cooking. The chalet has a beautiful pergula with a sunshade, so you can decide whether to enjoy the sun or seek shade on hot days. There is also a separate parasol.
For your convenience, a parking space is available right by the chalet. There is also a storage room at the chalet, which can be used, as well as the 3 city bikes and 2 children's bikes.
The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering a pleasure, with amenities such as a dishwasher, combi oven-microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. The living room is cosy and has a comfortable corner sofa, a round dining table with 4 chairs and air-conditioned for your comfort during hot days. Location and surroundings of object
The chalet is located on five-star Julianahoeve campsite. In the swimming paradise you will find a lovely indoor pool, heated baby/toddler pool, family whirlpools, a rapid and two super-fast slides. There is also a spray park open in good weather. In the wellness area, adults can relax for a while in an infrared sauna, steam bath or bubble bath. Do you like sports on your holiday? The campsite has a football cage, table tennis, tennis court, outdoor fitness and Jeu de Boules court. There are also several playgrounds, a cableway, a treasure island with a large pirate ship to climb on, a large play cushion, a laser game and an indoor playground. The campsite also has a professional entertainment team that organises fun activities.
There are also plenty of places to eat. At the campsite you will find the cosy brasserie Eb & Vloed, with an extensive menu and nice spots around the fireplace for a drink. At Foodcourt 42 you can order delicious fresh chips, pizzas or sandwiches. You can also opt for takeaway and a delicious ice cream at the ice cream counter. Just over the dunes, you will find beach pavilion Zuid Zuid West. This is a great place to relax in fine weather or after a long walk on the beach. You can do your daily shopping at the campsite's supermarket. It has a very wide range and is open daily from March to November.
Julianahoeve campsite is located directly on the dunes just 300 metres from the beach and close to the cosy seaside resort of Renesse. Within a few minutes' walk you stand with your feet in the sand and enjoy a 21 km long clean and white beach. Surrounded by beautiful nature for walking or cycling. Horse riding, water sports or mountain biking are also common. Beautiful sunsets to enjoy a real holiday feeling.

The following conditions apply: In case of cancellation of the agreement, the tenant owes a percentage of the rental amount as compensation as follows: I. for cancellation more than 3 months before the start date, 15% of the agreed price; II. for cancellation within 3 to 2 months before the start date, 50% of the agreed price; III. for cancellation within 2 to 1 month before the start date, 75% of the agreed price; IV. for cancellation within 1 month before the start date, 90% of the agreed price; V. for cancellation on the start date, 100% of the agreed price. VI. If you do not arrive within 24 hours after the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental amount is due.

We are Paul and Anneke, both living in Brabant with our 2 sons Vikk and Stef. For years, we have enjoyed coming to beautiful Zeeland to enjoy everything the province has to offer. In 2024, we got the great opportunity to create a place of our own. Still, it would be a shame to keep it just for ourselves, which is why we are happy to share it with others. The chalet and its surroundings give us the ultimate holiday feeling. Especially with nice weather. We have seen many beaches around the world, but nothing beats the clean and vast beaches of Zeeland. Enjoy the beautiful chalet and everything that beautiful Zeeland has to offer!
