Welcome to “Cap Anamur” – your cozy retreat by the dunes. Look forward to a lovingly furnished 45 m² apartment, ideal for two people who appreciate the tranquil view of the dunes. Located on the second floor of a well-maintained building, the apartment is nestled in a peaceful garden directly adjacent to the Lister dunes. Here you can fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of northern Sylt.

Renovated in 2022, the apartment boasts a bright and welcoming ambiance, as well as an open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa and dining space – perfect for relaxing evenings. The light-filled living room, with its comfortable sofa and smart TV, invites you to linger and unwind.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: it features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine, allowing you to easily prepare your favorite meals even while on vacation. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer.

A private parking space and a partially covered bicycle storage area are also available. The charming harbor of List, with its restaurants and shops, is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. For added convenience during longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available in the building. Additional services can be booked upon request.

free of charge if there are 180 or more between the booking and the arrival date and the tenant cancels the booking no later than the end of the 3rd, following the booking
•from the 14th day before the start of the rental 100% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
•from the 34th day before the start of the rental 80% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
•from the 44th day before the start of the rental 50% of the tour price plus 35 € fee
•before that, the general principle of 20% of the tour price applies plus 35 € fee
