A down payment of 20% of the total price must be made within three working days after confirmation of the reservation request. This down payment serves to reserve the holiday apartment.
3. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on site.
Cancellation policies:
Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund of the down payment already made.
Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund.
Arrival: From 10:00 a.m., Departure: By 2:00 p.m. For our guests we have a private parking space.
Please note: Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is prohibited.
The minimum number of overnight stays is: in June = 4, July-August = 4.
