The property is located in a quiet part of the island of Rab, in the place Palit. Since we are in the first row by the sea, all units, which are luxuriously and fully equipped, offer a beautiful view of the sea and the romantic Frkanj bay. Large terraces with a magical view of boats bathed in sunrises and sunsets will help you fully experience the atmosphere of this landscape, feeling the morning scent of the sea and pine forest with a gentle sea breeze. The property is adorned with a beautiful yard and garden, whose colors and Mediterranean scents you will enjoy as you walk towards the sea or sip your morning coffee. To ensure you can fully and carefree enjoy your vacation, we have adapted the apartments to the needs of our guests, so the units are equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, kitchen utensils, a TV so you can watch your favorite movie or TV series, and a dining room where you will spend moments enjoying lunches or dinners with your family. There is also a private parking lot covered by a camera within the property for our guests so they can enjoy complete security.

The house is located just a few minutes away from the nearest beach; along a beautiful promenade by the sea and through a pine forest, you can reach the old town center in about ten minutes on foot, soaking in the stunning views of this landscape that will remain in your memories, making your holiday unforgettable. Just a few minutes from the house are boats that transport guests to the Frkanj bay so you can enjoy hidden beaches and the clear sea. In the neighborhood there are also restaurants offering traditional seafood and meat specialties of our region. Only 100 m from the accommodation there are markets, bakeries, a pharmacy, and a clinic. Near the house there is also the beautiful Eufemija monastery with a museum where you can get to know the traditions and customs of our place. If you are the adventurous/sporty type, there is also a cycling trail that leads you to the bay of Frkanj or Suha Punta, where you can discover the charms of hidden beaches in the pine forest, enjoy swimming or diving, and take a break at the Frkanj restaurant, which is a true gem of Mediterranean flavors with a beautiful view for unforgettable moments.
