The basement apartment "Abtauchen" (Dive In) offers 45 m² of space for a relaxing North Sea holiday in the Bad district and remains pleasantly cool even on warm summer days. In addition to the open-plan sleeping area with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the apartment features a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with an adjoining dining area, as well as a living area with a comfortable sofa, TV, and free Wi-Fi. A bathroom with a shower is also included.
The shared sauna in the building is available for a fee and invites you to enjoy relaxing days on the North Sea coast, even in the colder months. A shared washing machine and dryer are also available for a fee.
You can park your car free of charge directly at the building. Bicycles can be stored in a shared bicycle shed. Four-legged family members are welcome to join you for an additional fee. A baby cot and highchair are also available for an extra charge.
Thanks to its central location, restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The promenade with its pier and the expansive beach are also within easy walking distance.
Please note that the windows are covered with film and the view shown is not the actual view, as the apartment is located in the basement. There is also a connecting door to the apartment "Durchatmen" (Breathe) above. Feel free to contact us if you would like to book both apartments together.

Super schöne Lage im gepflegten Umfeld!

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem im Wald. Wir haben uns sehr über die Zentrale Lage gefreut, denn von dort aus konnten wir den ganzen Aufenthalt über unser Fahrzeug stehen lassen und alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das war sehr erholsam. Bei der Buchung sollte man jedoch darauf achten, welche Wohnung in dem Haus man bucht. Leider haben wir nicht darauf geachtet und sind in der Souterrain Wohnung gelandet. Diese ist sehr großzügig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider hat man kein Fenster mit Blick nach draußen. Ich würde es mit einer Innenkabine auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff vergleichen.

Alles super, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, sehr zentral gelegen, für ein Wochenende ist die Souterrain Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen, für länger würde ich eine Wohnung ab EG buchen

Sehr gute Lage, da wir den Großteil der Zeit sowieso draußen verbracht haben, war die Kellerwohnung ohne richtiges Tageslicht kein Problem.
