Whether long walks on the sandy beach, a relaxed family vacation, or an active break - our "Holiday Home by the Sea" in Julianadorp aan Zee offers you the perfect setting for relaxing days at any time of the year. Our cozy vacation home is located in the bungalow park "De Zandloper," just a few minutes' walk from the sea on a 400 sqm fenced property. With 71 sqm of living area, the house accommodates up to 6 people:
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m)
• 2 small bedrooms each with a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m)
The 25 sqm living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa set, two armchairs, and a television via the internet. The open kitchen with a dining table invites you to cook and eat together. Thanks to free fiber-optic internet with a high-speed connection (1 GB), you can also work from the holiday home - or just stream your favorite series. On the sheltered terrace, you can barbecue or simply relax.
Of course, your dog is very welcome!
If the occupancy calendar allows, our holiday home can also be booked together with the neighboring "Ferienhaus Pommeranz", occupancy max. 5 persons, rented additionally. 4 people (Object No. 4673727) can be booked. This way, you can spend and enjoy your vacation with your extended family or friends (up to 10 people) as neighbors.

Location
The holiday home aan Zee is located between the sea and flower fields. The beach is about 400 m away and can be easily reached on foot via Pal 5.
Leisure activities
The bungalow park "De Zandloper" offers various leisure activities:
• Soccer, basketball, and volleyball fields
• Table tennis tables
• Small playground for children
• Boules court
Adjacent to it, there is a tennis club where non-members can also rent courts. In the area, there are also horseback riding opportunities, canoe rental, and a climbing park for those seeking some adventure. Various water sports are available on the beach. Well-marked, flat bicycle paths invite exploration of the area by bike.
Shopping & Surroundings
At the edge of the holiday park, there is a snack bar with indoor and outdoor seating. A bread roll service is available in the park or at the adjacent camping site. If you take the Pal 5 from the bungalow park towards the sea, it ends directly at a beach pavilion. There, breakfast, lunch snacks, and dinner as well as drinks are offered both indoors and outdoors.
The town center of Julianadorp is about 3 kilometers away. There you will find a modern shopping center with supermarkets, a drugstore, a bakery, a flower shop, a liquor store, and several fashion and stationery stores.
The port city of Den Helder is approximately 10 kilometers away. 8 km away, Alkmaar, the city with the famous cheese market, is approx. 25 km away.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus in Julianadorp.
Die Lage ist ruhig und perfekt für Familien, nur wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt.
Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders toll fanden wir die Terrasse und die Nähe zu den Dünen.
Die Vermieter waren freundlich und unkompliziert, die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert.
Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Completely satisfied
One has everything one needs and, unlike other accommodations, even more. Nothing is missing. Even spices and cleaning supplies, which we always bring ourselves based on experiences from other houses, are available.
We will definitely come back, as we are in Julianadorp every few months.

We would book it again.
We had a nice relaxing vacation in their well-equipped house. Nothing was missing – EVERYTHING was available – Even a cart was provided. Thus, we could transport our beach things. For our dog, the large fenced garden was a paradise. The beach is beautiful and it takes about 15 minutes to walk there.
We thank the very nice landlords and can recommend the house further.

The salty, iodine-rich air, the sea, and the beach have always been beneficial to us and the children in every season.
