Villa Anni features five self-catering accommodation units in Sutivan, known for its hospitality, its numerous pebble beaches offering peace and quietness, the scents of Mediterranean and its crystal clear sea. Common sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, outdoor seasonal swimming pool, BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area are at your disposal, just perfect for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation.
Please note, the use of the swimming pool is limited to a specific time of the day, and has it's rules. The swimming pool is open each day from: 8 - 13 and 16 - 19 H.
Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the island a little more before your departure.
Free private parking is provided, reservation is not required.

This lovely studio is perfectly fit for up to two people.
It features free WiFi, air conditioning, SAT LCD TV as well as a equipped kitchen with dining area. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer.

Villa Anni is located in Sutivan, little idyllic town on the island of Brač, known for its beautiful beaches and surrounding forests, Mediterranean atmosphere, vineyards and olive plantations. The place is very quiet and ideal for a relaxing holiday with a landscape of beautiful nature and crystal clear sea and beaches.
Closest grocery store and a restaurant can be found within 300 m distance.

Ferry port in Supetar, with regular connections to Split, is approximately 7 km away, while Brač Airport is 26 km away.

I had a pleasant experience here. The outdoor pool was an excellent way to relax, and I loved the sun terrace. It was nice to have a space to rest and enjoy the sun.

This study is practical and comfortable, The private bathroom was clean and had all the essential items, I liked having a dining table to enjoy my meals, The satellite LCD television was a nice extra for evening entertainment,

The outdoor pool was the biggest attraction for me. It was refreshing and the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The sun terrace with loungers was also a nice touch. I enjoyed resting there with a good book.
