A modern and fresh house in a very good location on the outskirts of beautiful Steninge. The house is situated high up with a lovely view of the open landscape. You have your own patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. A short bike or car ride takes you to the Steninge coast, which is alternately dramatic and beautiful. There are several small bathing coves and scenic walking areas. The house is newly built next to the owner's garage building. You have a bright and beautiful living room and open kitchen. There is a dining area and comfortable armchairs. The large windows have a lovely view of the open meadows. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower. Up a spiral staircase you reach the sleeping loft which has two single beds. You have your own part of the owner's plot with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue. The house is located in a fantastically scenic location in Steninge church village, close to the beach in Steninge. You cannot miss visiting Gösta's restaurant and café or Kuststationens café. A little further north you will find the small bathing bay Glassvik. Here you will find fantastically beautiful and unique nature and rich bird life. The small beach is particularly suitable for families with children and those who want some peace and quiet. Just south is the community of Haverdal. Visit Särdals kvarn, which has both a café and a shop. It is only a short drive to Halmstad. Here you will find a wide range of entertainment with many restaurants, cafés and a wide range of shops, art and nature. Experience Tylösand's vibrant swimming and entertainment scene. Hike on Prince Bertil's path from Halmstad Castle to Ricardo's ice cream café in Möllegård. For those interested in golf, there are a number of golf courses in the surrounding area. It is also a short drive to the summer town of Falkenberg. Here you will find many nice small cafés, restaurants and shops.
