In the open countryside near Halland's beautiful coast, this cozy holiday home is beautifully located. Feel the stillness and seclusion. From the spacious terrace you enjoy a fantastic view of the open countryside and towards the sea. From here you have a perfect starting point to beautiful and exciting nature experiences, lovely beaches and varied nature on the coast. The dwelling house has a pleasant atmosphere from the past with beamed ceilings, wooden floors and a fireplace. Both older rustic furniture and newer furnishings make the accommodation functional and homely. Time can almost feel still. From the entrance you enter a spacious living room and kitchen with dining area. It features a beautiful fireplace with heating cassette and TV. One of the roomshas a double bed and in the other two bedrooms there is a single bed. The large lovely terrace has several comfortable outdoor furniture, parasols and large terrace awning. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. In the annex next door there is a bedroom with one two single beds and a wood-burning sauna and shower room and washing machine. Wood for the sauna is included. For those traveling with dogs, the owner can allow dogs in the annex, but not in the main building. In a small guest cottage on the plot there is the possibility of 2 extra beds. The large plot provides both opportunities for nice barbecue evenings and family activities on the large lawns around the farm houses. The large plot is surrounded by lush greenery on two sides, but has a fantastic panoramic view of the open countryside and in the distance you can see the sea. Part of the plot in front of the houses slopes quite steeply down towards the entrance road. Only a short drive or by bike you will reach Ugglarp's beautiful beach. The beach is shallow and is particularly suitable for families with children. Take the opportunity to visit the small town of Slöinge. There is a famous home bakery and café, an ice cream factory and cafeteria, and Äppelgården which has both serving and a mustery. In Heberg there is the well-known Salmon shop with both restaurant and shop with fantastic delicacies. Falkenberg is only a short drive away. In the summer there are plenty of cozy restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities. There is also Skrea beach's long beach. Halmstad's beautiful summer city is just to the south. For those interested in fishing, both the Suse River and the Kattegat offer fine fishing. Fishing license is required in the river. In the immediate area there are several golf courses.

The house is very cozy and lovingly furnished. The fireplace in the middle of the living area brings a comfortable warmth, and it is very relaxing to cuddle up with the wonderful rocking chairs in front of the fire—our children loved that. In the kitchen, there is really everything you need—we really didn't miss anything! The huge garden for us with the wonderful view into the distance to the sea offers relaxation and plenty of space and fun for the children... and in the evening, we always looked forward to the sauna in the small house next door after nice excursions - we really enjoyed that. Not to forget the warm welcome from the neighbors and the landlords. The neighbors always inquired about our well-being and were very, very nice. We felt completely comfortable and can warmly recommend the house. From the house, you can take many great day trips to the nearby and distant surroundings. Shopping opportunities can be found in Sloinge, Falkenberg, or Halmstad. In Sloinge, we highly recommend the bakery SOLHAGA... a lovely place with many delicious treats.
