In a fantastic and cozy area in Elkenøre on Marielyst, you will find this brightly decorated 60 m² summer house, 100 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. Only approx. 3 km to Marielyst center, shopping and restaurants. The open kitchen includes ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, separate oven, fridge-freezer, and washer/dryer combo. The cozy living room has an air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove for cold days, as well as wireless internet, TV with DR1-DR2-Ramasjang, TV2, and a German-Norwegian and Swedish channel. There is also Chromecast for streaming your own services via your iPad or similar device. The summer house has a bedroom with a fire truck bunk bed, and there is a double bed in the large loft. There is a double bed in the annex. The summer house bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. The cottage is located on an 800 m2 natural plot with two terraces with garden furniture for adults and children, as well as sun loungers. The garden also has a trampoline and slide for younger guests, and when it's time to relax, you can light a fire in the fire pit or extend the evening's enjoyment by sitting under the covered terrace, perfect for cooking food on the charcoal grill. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The location is great and the beach is really very beautiful. The house is wonderful, unfortunately there was no stair guard for small children at the stairs - neither at the top nor at the bottom, although it is visible in one photo. The bathroom unfortunately smelled a bit. Recommendations: The Knuthenborg Safari Park is nearby. In the evenings, one should enjoy the food with live music at the Street Food.

The house is in well-maintained condition and shows no backlog of modernization. The furnishings are very extensive, nothing is missing. The property is large enough and offers children plenty of space to romp. It is only a few meters to the beach. Shopping options and other activities are accessible by car. Recommendations: Excursions to the safari park or to the chalk cliffs are possible by car. Nearby there are various attractions such as a mini-golf course as well as a go-kart track or paintball facility. The beach is quickly reachable on foot.

Superbly located, close to the beach. The house's amenities are very good... everything is secured for small children... but you sleep in a gallery... therefore a bit noisy. Recommendations: Medieval market, Copenhagen.
