This beautiful and comfortable 4-bedroom villa in Llafranc spans 150 m² across 3 floors, offering stunning sea views. Located just 500 meters from the beach and town center, it sits in a peaceful residential area with a communal swimming pool (including a children's area), tennis court, and gardens.

The villa includes 1 quintuple room (2 bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed), 2 rooms with 2 single beds each, one of which is en-suite with a shower and access to a balcony, and a double room with a double bed and terrace access. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and 1 toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, while the laundry room has a washing machine.
