The offer includes a wooden holiday house of approx. 52m2, which comfortably accommodates 5 people. The holiday house is located in a picturesque setting, surrounded by plenty of greenery and space to relax. Outside, there is a well-kept driveway as well as a children's playground with wooden structures, swings, and a trampoline, making it an ideal place for families with children. In addition, guests can use the communal shed with barbecue area. It is a two-story wooden house with a light facade and large balconies. The interior rooms are spacious and decorated in light colors, with natural wood predominating, which creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The layout of the rooms includes a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a balcony, and a terrace. The spacious living room is furnished in Scandinavian style and features large windows that let in plenty of daylight. The living room has a comfortable yellow sofa with a sleeping function, a coffee table, a television, and a dining table with chairs for several people. Decorative cushions and yellow curtains also create a warm atmosphere. In the modern and well-equipped kitchenette with white furniture and high-quality appliances, you can conveniently prepare meals. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a single bed, the other has two single beds and an exit to the balcony. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower, which is equipped with a hairdryer and a washing machine to make your stay even more comfortable. Multimedia devices such as a flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi access provide evening entertainment. At the beginning of the stay, guests are provided with free toiletries, towels, and bed linen. You can bring your pet into the apartment. In addition, there is a designated parking space in front of each house. The offer applies to several apartments of the same standard.
