The fully air-conditioned Villa San Juan was only recently completed and is located in a gated community with 20 houses, each however on its own enclosed plot with private parking. The proximity to the city center of Denia, to various marinas like Club Nautic and La Marina de Denia, guarantees enough sophisticated places with restaurants, bars, beach clubs, and nightlife. The city center of Denia, as well as various shops, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. 2 large supermarkets are located virtually right next to the residential complex. In San Juan Denia, you will find peace and relaxation and can spend a relaxed holiday in a luxurious setting, both in summer and winter. The house has been very tastefully furnished by an interior designer and offers all the necessary comforts.
Unfortunately, this property can only be rented to non-smokers and to customers with a minimum age of 26 years. Pets are unfortunately not allowed here. Please note that a deposit of €800.00 must be made for this accommodation. Interior main floor:
