Description

Villa Euphoria is a villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the peaceful Višnjan, less than 13 km from Poreč.

This villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and features a private pool, a sauna, and a whirlpool with sea view.

On the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower and sauna. Glass doors open onto a terrace with a pool and barbecue area – ideal for outdoor dining. An additional toilet provides extra comfort.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a pull-out single bed. All rooms are air-conditioned. These rooms share a balcony with a whirlpool and offer a breathtaking sea view. On this floor, there are also two private bathrooms. Please note that the fourth bedroom has access to one of the bathrooms, but only through one of the other three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need, including an espresso machine, coffee capsules, a microwave, a toaster, a stove, and an ice maker.

Villa Euphoria is an ideal starting point to explore Istria. Nearby attractions include Poreč (12.6 km), Novigrad (17 km), and Rovinj (36.7 km).

The Villa Euphoria is located in the village of Višnjan, just a short drive from Poreč.
The Adriatic coast is just a few minutes away. The beaches Lanterna (12.2 km), Spadici Materada (10.3 km), and Parentium (15.6 km) invite you to relax in the sun.
Dining facilities include Konoba Farini (650 m) for traditional dishes and Pizzeria Vicinius (1 km) for a cozy dinner. The Studenac market (850 m) is located nearby and offers basic food items, and the Plodine supermarket in Poreč (10.4 km) covers larger shopping needs.
Nearby activities include the Višnjan Observatory (3.9 km) and the Euphrasius Basilica in Poreč (12.6 km), which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
For adventure seekers, the Baredine Cave (6 km) and the Aquacolors water park (14.9 km) are located very close. The villa offers good connections to nearby cities such as Novigrad (17 km) and Rovinj (36.7 km).
