The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style and for practical use. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. The following are available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Zadar. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot, bordered by a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: protective masks, disinfectant, and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Kitchenette in the living room with air conditioning, dining area (4 seats), gas hob (2 burners), fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, access to the balcony and Coffee maker: service available at your request. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
