The charming Annweiler offers shopping opportunities, cafés, and restaurants with regional flair. Beautifully located in the Palatinate Forest, the vineyards are almost on your doorstep. Around the corner are also Alsace and the Dahner Felsenland. The well-designed apartment was extensively renovated and completely redesigned in 2025.
In the bright, lovingly furnished basement apartment, a modern eat-in kitchen awaits you. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator and freezer, as well as a dishwasher, and also has all the usual kitchen utensils. A cozy sitting area with a 50-inch television invites you to relaxed evenings. The sofa is extendable – perfect for putting your feet up or as an additional sleeping option.
In the quiet bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed, a dresser, and a wardrobe, you can relax and get a good night's sleep. The new, modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower and offers all necessary amenities such as a hairdryer and fresh towels. A robotic vacuum cleaner ensures cleanliness in the apartment upon request. A small storage room holds many useful utensils for you, so you can limit your luggage to the essentials.
Directly in front of the apartment, a small private outdoor area with a dining table and hanging chair awaits you, which is ideal for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.
