This spacious house offers 220 m² of living space and accommodates up to 17 guests in 7 cozy bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Please do not be confused if this house is also offered for rent as individual apartments on other internet portals. This is also possible by arrangement. However, the price listed here is for the entire house – and of course, it will be entirely yours.
There are 5 parking spaces directly at the house, more available 50 m away by arrangement.
The price indicated is a final price – there are no additional costs. All rooms are equipped with high-quality bed linen and towels. Additionally, there are four smart TVs with satellite reception available.
The holiday home is located in a picturesque landscape and is surrounded by a well-maintained garden covering over 1000 sqm, inviting relaxation and recreation. The outdoor areas are furnished with sturdy wooden furniture – ideal for outdoor meals, cozy hours, or a barbecue in nature. Apartment 1 – Ground floor apartment with a 30 m² main room, equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm), a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a dining table, a TV, and a tiled stove. There is also a kitchen and a bathroom. Apartment 2 – Ground floor apartment for 4 people with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette and dining table. Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2 single beds.

Everything is perfect - we are happy to come back.
The vacation met our expectations. The house was very nice, clean, and equipped with everything necessary – the amenities were 100%. The garden with seating, fire pit, grill, space for children, and parking directly at the house was also great. Communication with the owner was very pleasant and always immediate. :-) The surroundings for hiking are truly first-class. There are beautiful hiking trails, viewpoints, a rock castle, etc., right nearby. I highly RECOMMEND this holiday accommodation. ?

The most beautiful excursion destinations were practically right outside the door.
For our accommodation with the family, we chose it based on the numerous positive and very well-rated reviews on Booking. We visited the region outside the main season in February and were able to enjoy nature without large tourist crowds :D
The host is very friendly and responded quickly and helpfully to our questions and requests at all times.
