The cozy holiday home for 2 to 4 people (87 sqm) with a large terrace and well-kept garden is located on the edge of a holiday home settlement in Brodersby/Schönhagen on a 450 sqm plot. It offers a quiet location with a wonderful view of the forest and meadows. In the spring and autumn, underfloor heating and a fireplace ensure a comfortable stay. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
Shopping facilities are about 350 meters away. Restaurants are located in the village and on the beach. The spa administration provides a variety of leisure activities.
Thanks to the step-free path to the house and the barrier-free design of the ground floor, this vacation home is also perfectly suitable for seniors (2 people).
The comfortably furnished ground floor has underfloor heating and offers you a cozy living room with a fireplace and an open plan kitchen. From the covered terrace with garden furniture, you enter the garden with a barbecue area. Using a staircase, you reach the upper floor with an open gallery, where you can relax on the couch, and the second bedroom.
Please note that a tourist tax must be paid during your stay.

Schönhagen is a small settlement in Schleswig-Holstein right on the Baltic Sea, located just a few kilometers southeast of Kappeln. Right outside the front door (approx. 400 m) long sandy beaches invite you for lovely walks and offer bathing enjoyment for both adults and children. Nearby nature reserves are accessible by bicycle; discover the diverse flora and fauna.
The fjord-like Schlei region with its charming towns such as Arnis and Maasholm—historically significant and scenically attractive—is worth exploring. Kappeln, Arnis, or Maasholm, which have managed to retain much of their Nordic charm to this day, also offer interesting destinations for excursions. Kappeln, in particular, has a very lively pedestrian zone in its old town with cafes, market, harbor, and a beautiful church.

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the day of arrival. By doing so, the landlord loses the claim to the rental fee but will assert a flat-rate cancellation fee due immediately, as stated below: - up to the 45th day before the start of the trip: 10% of the rental fee - from the 44th to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 30% of the rental fee - from the 29th to the 22nd day before the start of the trip: 60% of the rental fee - from the 21st day before the start of the trip: 80% of the rental fee We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
