Welcome to our villa in the charming town of Ičići in Croatia! This region is known for its natural beauty, rich history, and cultural diversity, and offers visitors a perfect mix of relaxation and exploration. Just a few minutes from the apartment, you can visit the Ičići beach, where you can swim, sunbathe, or engage in various water sports such as jet skiing, parasailing, and boating. Opatija and Lovran are places that, at the beginning of the 19th century, enabled the then Austrian-Hungarian nobility who spent their summer holidays in Kvarner, to live a simple and rich life. Beautiful time
We had a dreamlike stay with our family. The modern furnishings of the villa, the pool, and the jacuzzi made our stay special. The children could have fun in the pool while we relaxed in the sun. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable; we can only highly recommend it and would love to come back.

Relaxed and elegant
We were here as a group of friends and had a fantastic time. The villa is elegantly furnished and offers everything you need for a luxurious stay – especially the pool and jacuzzi were a highlight. Evenings on the terrace with a beautiful view were very pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, and we were able to completely relax and enjoy our time together.

We were here in October and it was simply wonderful!
The house is super cozy and stylishly furnished – you feel comfortable right away. The area is perfect for a relaxing vacation: We took long walks by the sea, enjoyed the mild autumn weather, and explored the surroundings in between. Even in the evenings, you could really enjoy yourself here – a glass of wine on the terrace, good conversations, and simply unwinding. All in all, it was a thoroughly successful stay that we can definitely recommend!

Simply awesome!
We were here in August with a group of friends and had the best time. The house is incredibly beautiful, super clean, and perfectly equipped – just like in the pictures, if not even better! The pool was our absolute highlight, especially in the summer heat. Relaxing during the day, sitting outside together in the evenings – it just fit perfectly. We couldn't have imagined it better. Clear recommendation, we would come back immediately!

Simply perfect for a family vacation!
The house is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers enough space for everyone. Our teenagers were totally happy – between the pool, fast Wi-Fi, and the proximity to the sea, there was always something to do. We parents could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, and there is something for everyone – whether beach, walks, or simply cozy evenings on the terrace. We really enjoyed our time here and would come back anytime!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt mit unserer Familie. Die moderne Einrichtung der Villa, der Pool und der Jacuzzi haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Die Kinder konnten sich im Pool austoben, während wir entspannt die Sonne genossen haben. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und sehr komfortabel, wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren als Gruppe von Freunden hier und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Villa ist elegant eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen luxuriösen Aufenthalt braucht – besonders Pool und Jacuzzi waren ein Highlight. Abende auf der Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick waren sehr angenehm. Alles funktionierte perfekt, und wir konnten uns komplett entspannen und die Zeit zusammen genießen.

Boravili smo u ovoj prekrasno uređenoj kući s obitelji u rano ljeto, kada još nisu velike gužve i pošteno se nauživali i odmorili. Kuća je tip-top! Imali smo sve što nam je trebalo. Prvi put smo ljetovali u ovim krajevima i otkrili da itekako imaju svoje drži. Sigurno se vraćamo iduće sezone i toplo preporučamo!

Wir waren im August hier mit einer Gruppe Freunden und hatten die beste Zeit. Das Haus ist mega schön, super sauber und perfekt ausgestattet – genau wie auf den Bildern, wenn nicht sogar besser! Der Pool war unser absolutes Highlight, vor allem bei der Sommerhitze. Tagsüber entspannen, abends zusammen draußen sitzen – es hat einfach alles gepasst. Besser hätten wir’s uns nicht vorstellen können. Klare Empfehlung, wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Das Haus ist super gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Gegend ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub: Wir haben lange Spaziergänge am Meer gemacht, das milde Herbstwetter genossen und zwischendurch die Umgebung erkundet. Auch abends konnte man es sich hier richtig gutgehen lassen – ein Glas Wein auf der Terrasse, gute Gespräche und einfach abschalten. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir definitiv weiterempfehlen können!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, super gepflegt und bietet genug Platz für alle. Unsere Teenager waren total happy – zwischen Pool, schnellem WLAN und der Nähe zum Meer gab’s immer was zu tun. Wir Eltern konnten entspannen und die ruhige Atmosphäre genießen. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und es gibt für jeden etwas – ob Strand, Spaziergänge oder einfach gemütliche Abende auf der Terrasse. Wir haben die Zeit hier wirklich genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
