Our Casa Lonicera is a spacious, detached villa on a huge plot with a landscaped garden, large pool, and tennis court. Here you can fully enjoy your holiday privacy, completely secluded, without insight from neighboring properties. To reach Almancil with shopping facilities and restaurants, championship golf courses, Quinta do Lago, and Vale do Lobo, only a short drive is required. A supermarket with a quite diverse range is also within walking distance. The beautiful and - even in summer never crowded - extensive beaches in the area can be reached by car in about 12 minutes.
From the entrance area of the house with access to 3 bedrooms, you enter the spacious living area. This area includes a large lounge area with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, a television, and access through large sliding doors to the pool terrace. Adjacent to the lounge area is a dining area with a large glass table and seating for 8 people, also with large sliding doors to the pool terrace. A fully equipped kitchen, adjacent to the living areas, is equipped with a range of appliances and tools to ensure that everything you need to prepare memorable family meals throughout your entire vacation is at hand! There is also a door from the kitchen to the driveway to make your way easier when you arrive with your grocery shopping. The kitchen transitions into another dining room with wooden furniture. From there, you reach the outdoor dining area through large glass doors, which is located under a wood-covered, idyllic pergola. Additionally, there is a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Through the second dining room, you also enter the second sleeping area with two bedrooms that lead into each other and each have their own bathroom. Since these two bedrooms are directly connected by a door, they are perfect for a family with small children.
