The Water Villas are only rented out for recreational purposes.

Costs on site need to be paid before arrival, you'll be informed about this by Roompot

Reservations for groups or parties of persons under 25 are not allowed. Organizing parties, student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in and around the water villas is prohibited.
For groups that fall outside the above criteria, we apply a deposit of € 500 per person. The park reception will contact you about this before the booking is finalized.

The deposit of € 1500.00 per stay must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival. If there are no details, the deposit will be transferred to you 1 week after departure.

House is fantastic, the service when you need it is lousy: door code didn't work, spent more than an hour on it because of poorly accessible service (long waiting times), who then can't help you (should someone else do it) who is unreachable because he was at the dentist. Second problem: dishwasher didn't work the whole stay. Called the unreachable service again, who again could not help with an unreachable contact person (who did a driving exam) and where a quick repair was apparently not possible (of a dishwasher that had already broken for us).
