Discover the beauty of the North Sea and enjoy an unforgettable holiday in our exclusive holiday apartment Bernstein on Borkum. The modern and stylishly furnished 64 square meter apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and features a cozy bedroom and an elegant bathroom.
The Bernstein holiday apartment is distinguished by its high-quality furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, hand blender, and coffee machine, ideal for preparing delicious meals. In the adjacent dining area, you can dine comfortably or have a game night.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and bright furniture. There is also a small selection of books and a radio/CD player. In addition, you will find a washing machine and a dryer for free use in the laundry room of the house, which makes a longer stay very comfortable.
Enjoy the fresh air and peace on the sunny south-facing terrace, which invites you to linger. Garden furniture is available for you from Easter to mid-October. A private parking space is also available, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. We have deliberately avoided using carpeted floors and down bedding, and the bedding is washable at 60°. If you have allergies, please feel free to talk to us.
In order for all guests of the house to feel comfortable, smoking is also prohibited on the terraces and balconies. Please respect our wish to only accommodate "genuine" non-smokers!
Furthermore, free Wi-Fi is available for you and there is a safe for your valuables. There is ample storage space for clothing in the spacious wardrobe in the bedroom. An iron and a hairdryer complete the extensive amenities.

On Borkum in the North Sea, enjoy quiet beaches and fresh sea air. The holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area near the South Beach. After just a few minutes by bicycle, you reach the dike and the South Beach, and you can walk or cycle along the connected promenade to the main beach. The charming South Beach is also within easy walking distance.
A bakery, a Lidl, and the Markant supermarket are also just a few minutes' walk away.

The Bernstein apartment has been on the rental market since 2017 and has been very successful on another portal. Since we have only been listing the apartment on this portal since the end of February 2025, we have not yet received any reviews here and unfortunately, we cannot import the reviews we have already received. Relaxed vacation on Borkum
It was again a very nice vacation. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Nothing was missing. The communication with the landlord worked smoothly. We were very satisfied this year, as well as in previous years.

A beautiful holiday in the Bernstein apartment of Mrs. Wehler
The apartment is very lovingly furnished and has a very complete equipment. The landlady is very well organized. We absolutely missed nothing. The cleanliness of the entire apartment is also worth mentioning. We felt very comfortable during our stay and can recommend the apartment. The location is very quiet. A small downside is the distance to the center. For this reason, having a bicycle is very helpful. But the center is also easily accessible by bus, with a bus stop located at a very reasonable distance. Shopping options and bakeries are also nearby.

A wellness oasis
The holiday apartment was simply wonderful! Bright, cozy, and with a lovely terrace overlooking the large garden. Here, one could perfectly relax and enjoy the tranquility. The amenities left nothing to be desired; everything was clean and well-maintained. We felt welcome from the very first moment and would gladly come back anytime!

Place of well-being with a view into the greenery
We felt completely comfortable in the vacation apartment and spent a very nice time there. We especially enjoyed the spacious south terrace with the view of the large, well-kept garden – perfect for relaxing. The bathroom is bright and modern, the large shower a real highlight. Also the bedroom with the super comfortable box spring bed: top! The kitchen is equipped to a high standard - we felt at home. The contact with the landlord was very warm and uncomplicated – we would be happy to come back.

Tasteful holiday apartment in a quiet location
We felt very comfortable in this tastefully and lovingly furnished apartment from the very beginning. Everything was just as the pictures show. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and is extensively equipped. We were able to easily store our luggage for a three-week summer vacation in the spacious wardrobes.
Our personal summer highlight is the quiet terrace with a view of the large lawn and the surrounding gardens. The communication with the nice landlord was always problem-free and reliable in her statements. We have booked again.
