Villa Ana is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa accommodating up to 8 guests in the peaceful Paradise Villas Resort near Vodnjan, just 12.5 km from Peroj Beach.

The villa features a private pool, a barbecue, a large terrace with an outdoor dining table, and an indoor fireplace for cozy evenings. It also has two parking spaces that make your stay even more comfortable. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and access to the pool, and a bathroom with a washing machine. On the upper floor, there is another bathroom and three bedrooms with double beds, two of which share a balcony.

The resort offers communal facilities such as a children's playground, a tennis court, and a half basketball court. Nearby, you can visit charming towns and places like Pula, which is only 15 km away and known for its Roman ruins, including the famous Pula Arena.

Rovinj, 25 km from the villa, is a picturesque coastal town with beautiful old town streets and breathtaking views.

The Kažun Park in Vodnjan, only 7 km away, is a unique area with traditional Istrian stone structures. You can also enjoy the nearby Peroj beach, which is only 12.5 km from the villa, or explore the other beautiful beaches around Fažana, which is 11 km away.
