The centerpiece of the house is the inviting living area with a fireplace, providing cozy warmth on cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and a coffee machine – perfect for whipping up delicious meals. A dining table with chairs invites you to dine together.
Relax in the cozy living room, which is equipped with a couch, a flat-screen TV, and a view of the outdoor facilities. The large windows provide plenty of natural light and a pleasant ambiance. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, high-quality bedding, and soft lighting. In the bathroom, you will find a shower as well as a hairdryer and other amenities.

Discover the picturesque nature and tranquility in Soltau, Lüneburger Heide.
Our holiday home is located on the outskirts of Soltau in a very quiet residential area. Due to its location, you can be in the forest, with cycling and hiking trails, or by the Aue river in just a few minutes… right in the middle of nature.
The nearest large, very well-stocked supermarket with a bakery and café (breakfast and warm meals) is about 500 m away.
It is 7 km to the Heide Park. Everything else you need such as a nice shopping street with cafés and restaurants, pharmacies, etc. can be found in the city center. The market day, always well-attended, takes place there twice a week.
If the weather isn't cooperating, the Soltau Therme is a great option to relax in the brine and sauna or to explore the swimming pool with a slide through fun and games.

A lovingly furnished accommodation
The Kramp family has designed a semi-detached house for vacationers very well and lovingly. There is really nothing missing. We can wholeheartedly recommend it. The Kramp family is also there for any advice. The location is really very nice. We enjoyed it a lot and will definitely come back.

The house is very clean. The pictures show everything as it really is. The hosts are friendly and ready to help. They are there for you!
The house is fully equipped.
The garden is large and enclosed, which was nice for the dog.
Shopping options are very close.
