an idyllic Robinson house (self-catering) on the picturesque island of Pasman, which can accommodate up to 4 guests in 80 square meters of living space. This charming holiday home features two cozy bedrooms and a modern equipped bathroom, ideal for families or small groups looking for a relaxing vacation.
Ideally, you have a boat with which you can dock at your own pier. The moorings are positioned for two types of boats. You can moor a boat up to 9 meters or up to 15 meters in length.
The highlight of the house is certainly its direct location by the sea. It is located on the side facing away from the mainland and you have an unobstructed view of Zut Island and the Kornati Islands beyond.
Although there are houses on this side of the island, there is no existing infrastructure for electricity and water. This house is completely self-sufficient and is equipped with sufficient solar panels and batteries. The water comes from its own cistern.
For this reason, it is important to manage the available resources sensibly.
All shopping can be done by boat or by car since everything needed is available on the other side of the island. A parking space for your car, if you wish to arrive by car, is located behind the house. The house is equipped with two cozy bedrooms.
The living and dining area is comfortable and tastefully furnished. There is a television and a sofa bed in this area.
The entire house, including the roof, is insulated, which keeps it cool during the day.
All windows, including the front door, are equipped with fly screens.
This house is for people who seek peace and cannot get enough of the sea. An ideal place to relax and unwind. If you still have a boat, you can discover just about 400 islands within a radius of 50 km.

The island of Pasman is connected to the island of Uglanj by a bridge and stretches from Zadar to Biograd. There are ferry connections from Zadar and Biograd.
The house is on the side facing away from the mainland with a view of many beautiful islands. It takes 15 minutes to reach the entrance of the Kornati with a motorboat.

In 2012, the time was right. With the premise of building a self-sufficient house, inspired by old building techniques, I was able to realize my project. Now, I would like to share the joy with like-minded people and offer the house on this platform. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to use this great house in this amazing location more often, as I am very busy with work. I live in Germany, but my roots are in this region.
