The house is located on the island of Brač in a secluded bay covered with dense pine forests. On a several thousand square meter large property, it is surrounded by olive trees, laurels, and other native plants. There is no access road for cars to the house, but it can only be reached by sea from the town of Sumartin. Transport by speedboat takes a few minutes and is included in the price. Electricity is supplied by a solar system, water consumption is unlimited. Each room has its own air conditioner thanks to a very powerful solar system, which is a great rarity in Robinson houses.
The price also includes a 4.60-meter boat with a 5-horsepower engine.
The 57 m² house extends over two floors. Each floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a small but fully functional bathroom. On the upper floor there is a children's room with a bunk bed (two beds are 200x90), while the lower floor has an entrance hall and a kitchen with a glass accordion wall which is always open during the warm part of the year. In the kitchen there is a gas stove with a hood, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher. In the immediate vicinity of the kitchen there is also a covered fireplace and two terraces with space for relaxation.
On the upper floor there is also a spacious terrace which can be used as a sunbed. Stone steps lead to a pebble beach and crystal clear sea.
There is also a mooring place on the beach.
The house is ideal for people who value privacy and enjoy being in nature.
The silence in the early morning hours and at night can hardly be described in words, nor can the night sky with countless stars.
A special experience are also the nights when the moonlight reflects on the surface of the sea.
It is quite common to see dolphins and tuna, even during the summer months when maritime traffic is heavier. Fishermen will also get their share
It is possible to buy a fishing permit (a driving license is required to operate a boat). WLAN is included. It is best to reach the destination via Makarska or Split. Parking is available in Sumartin. There are also shops, restaurants, and a post office.
