Villa Sv. Anna is located in the village of Radetići, in the interior of Istria. This modern villa has everything you need for a pleasant stay with friends or family. An outdoor pool, a large garden and a wonderful outdoor space for socializing are its main assets, and since it is located in a secluded area, it will provide you with maximum privacy. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The interior of the villa covers 240 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will be greeted by a modern, bright space for relaxing and dining. The living room has a large sofa, ideal for an afternoon nap or family movie night. In the same room you will find a dining table with 8 seats. In a separate room you will find a modern kitchen with clean lines, fully equipped to prepare a variety of meals. In addition to all kinds of kitchen appliances, there is also a large refrigerator for storing food.
Villa Sv. Anna has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all equipped with double beds, and 1 room has its own bathroom. The rooms are pleasant, spacious, with lots of furniture for storing your belongings. 1 bedroom has access to a balcony with a sitting area and, wait for it - a telescope for observing the starry Istrian sky! Of the 2 bathrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor, the 2nd is on the 1st floor, and there is also an additional guest toilet.
If you liked the interior of the villa, wait until we tell you what awaits you outside. In addition to the main house, there are 2 other smaller buildings on the property, which covers an area of up to 2000 m². In one of them you will be greeted by an incredible space for playing, having fun, relaxing, socializing, and even for - exercising! So let's start in order: there's a fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue, fridge and dining table, a relaxation and play area with a sofa, TV and a variety of books, and an outdoor gym. The good news is that all of this is roofed, which means you can enjoy socializing regardless of the weather! In the second building there is a whirlpool and the central element that connects all 3 buildings is of course the swimming pool. In addition to all of the above, you will also find a table tennis table and a children's playground.
After all this we can conclude that you will certainly not be bored in this villa. If you still decide to go out and explore the surroundings, we definitely recommend a tour of the interior of Istria and a visit to the nearby Lim bay.
