The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. Available for use: cot and iron: on request.

Crikvenica. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. The flat is located in a house with beautifully furnished and well-equipped apartments. The apartments are air-conditioned; parking and internet are available. A total of 31 people can be accommodated. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.

Bedroom (12 sq m) with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and hob, crockery and cutlery.
