Modern Villa Aestivus has accommodation capacity for 10 people. Surrounded by beautiful nature and greenery, it serves as a perfect base for vacation and exploration of Istria's rich offer. It offers a unique and unforgettable view of the sea. The entire space exudes minimalism and elegance.
The villa is located in a quiet and picturesque location without many houses nearby, thus providing a complete rest for the mind and body.
The spacious villa contains 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, smart TV, exit to the terrace. Four bedrooms are on the upper level while one is on the ground floor. En-suite bathrooms each have two sinks and a shower, while one on the ground floor has a free-standing bathtub. Large glass walls make this house airy, allowing a view of the environment from almost every corner of the villa. The villa is functional and minimalistic. The living room with indoor fireplace and smart TV is connected to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Connected spaces are ideal for family and friendly gatherings. The lower level of the house has direct access to the pool and outdoor terrace. There is a large pantry behind the kitchen. The villa also has an outdoor kitchen with a large dining table.
A large swimming pool with 10 deckchairs, umbrellas and an outdoor shower is at guests' disposal.
EV charging station (on request and for an additional fee).
All rooms are available to guests, except for a private pantry and a wine room.
In July and August, arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays.

The village of Donadići is located on the eastern coast of Istria, next to the border of Istria County with Primorsko Goran County.
It is a small town with only a few houses, a beautiful green landscape, clean sea air...
It is located about a kilometer above the ferry port of Brest, or about 1 km from the sea coast.
On one side, it is about 20 kilometers from the town of Labin, 26 km from the tourist town of Rabac, and on the other, about 30 kilometers from the beautiful Opatija.
The excellent location of the villa offers the opportunity to explore the area of the Istrian peninsula, from gastronomy to other various activities.
Beaches: Klančac, Sipar, Uboka, Medveja, etc. - a combination of driving by car and walking.
