The apartment is situated in the tourist part of Split, in a quiet and safe area in close proximity to the beach, Marina Zenta, and the Firule tennis club - within a 5-minute walking distance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking in the garage.

American kitchen in the living kitchen (20 sqm) with TV, dining area (6 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (50 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, and access to the terrace. Bathroom (8 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, and hairdryer. Separate WC (6 sqm) with washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC, and hairdryer.
1st Floor: Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 cot, TV, and access to the balcony (2 sqm).
