This beautiful terraced house is centrally yet quietly located in the North Sea spa town of Horumersiel and only 700m from the beach, green beach, and harbor.
The allergy-friendly and pet-free house is modernly furnished with white wooden furniture, which, like the entire house, exudes coziness. You can feel the loving touch in every corner, with everything designed in a maritime style and great attention to detail. On the ground floor you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, with oven/induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc. The available pots and pans are of high quality.
The dining area includes a sturdy round dining table with attractive seating furniture.
In the living area there is a modern living suite for relaxing and lingering. From here you can access the south-facing terrace. A newly renovated guest WC is also located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor of the house, there is a modern shower room.
Furthermore, there are two bedrooms here: The larger one contains a double bed 180x200cm with mattresses suitable for the spine, a spacious wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV. The smaller one contains a bed at comfort height as well as a larger chest of drawers.
The duvets are made of anti-allergenic hollow fibers and have a comfort size of 155x220cm. The laundry package can optionally be booked for 18 euros per person.
The accommodation is suitable for allergy sufferers.
You are connected to Wi-Fi free of charge via the fiber optic network.
A private parking space is available, as well as a garden shed for the dry storage of your bicycles.
