On site, I am your contact person for all matters, carry out the check-in, change the bed linen every 14 days, the towels every 7 days, and on these occasions check compliance with the house rules.
After prior telephone notification, access to the apartment must be granted to me or my husband, and in cases of imminent danger (water damage, technical defects, smoke, fire, etc.) access must also be granted to us at any time without prior notice! 4) When leaving the apartment, make sure that the stove, oven, air conditioner, etc. have been turned off.

5) The noise level between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. must be so low that there are no complaints from the neighbors.

6) Damage to furniture and installations must be reported to the landlord immediately.

7) Violations of the house rules or refusal to grant access to the apartment in justified and reasonable cases will result in a verbal warning. Should there be further violations afterwards, the stay will end without reimbursement of rent already paid.

8) If persons other than the officially named tenants are found on the property or in the building, this will be considered an attempt at deception and the stay will be terminated immediately, without reimbursement.
