This beautiful and historical castle is located on the edge of the village of le Veurdre. A route to Santiago de Compostella runs through the village. The complex is located in a place that gives you absolute peace and a magnificent rural view. The castle - built around 1400 - has an exciting history and is said to have been a camp of Jeanne d ""Arc. The first king of France also stayed there for a week. The house is spacious and attractive. You enter the hall, a large and a small lounge, a large dining room, kitchen and utility room. This castle is ideal for a large family. There are some great hiking and biking trails near the castle. Route Saint Jacques de Compostelle is 500 m away. The city of Nevers is 34 km away. Saint Etienne de Bourges Cathedral is 65 km away.
