In the heart of the beautiful Lusatian Mountains, on the edge of the village of Dolní Podluží and directly at the forest edge, lies this completely renovated wellness villa with panoramic views of the historic Jiřetín pod Jedlovou. Here you can enjoy peace, nature and luxury in an atmospheric setting near the German border. This spacious villa for up to 15 people is the ideal place for families and groups of friends who want to relax together, be active and spend quality time with each other in the midst of beautiful nature.

The villa is modern and cosily furnished and offers plenty of space for larger groups. In the spacious living room there is a comfortable seating area and a large dining table where you can eat together, play games or spend long evenings. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher and everything you need for cooking for larger groups. Thanks to the thoughtful layout with several bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone enjoys sufficient privacy during their stay.

Relaxation is at the heart of this villa. Inside, you will find your own wellness room with a hot tub, where you can unwind wonderfully after an active day in nature. Outside, a Canadian sauna invites you to complete relaxation whilst you enjoy views of the surrounding hills and forests. During the summer months, the pool provides refreshment and fun for young and old alike. Around the pool there is a cosy terrace and a covered seating area with a grill and smoker – perfect for long summer evenings together.

Children and active guests will also get their money's worth here. There is a games room with table football, table tennis, darts, a PS5 and even a small fitness room. Outside, children can jump on the trampoline, play in the playhouse or let off steam on the lawn with football goals. Thanks to the large garden and the location right next to the forest, there is plenty of space for playing and exploring. Pets are also welcome, so your dog can also enjoy the holiday.

In winter, several ski areas are within a short distance, including Horní Podluží, Mezičky, Polevsko and Ještěd. In summer, you can enjoy wonderful hiking and cycling through the Lusatian Mountains and the nearby Bohemian Switzerland National Park. Visit viewpoints such as Jedlová and Tolštejn, discover caves and old mines, or take a trip to the famous Mácha Lake. Cosy Czech villages, restaurants and attractions are also very close by. A good restaurant is even just 200 metres from the villa.
