This luxury villa in the authentic municipality of Varvažov is the perfect base for discovering the natural region of South Bohemia. The villa is beautiful on the outside as well as inside and is also fully equipped.

With two bedrooms – consisting of one double bed and three single beds – the house is very suitable for families and groups of up to five people. The bungalow-style decor creates a warm atmosphere and in winter you can all enjoy a hot chocolate after a day of hiking, skiing, snowboarding or skating by the crackling fire in the cozy living room with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. With a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle and kitchenware you are fully equipped. There is no need to worry about getting dirty clothes. These are clean again in no time in the washing machine. The garden is suitable for children with the play equipment. The children can be watched from the terrace with garden furniture. Then you can have a barbecue.
