The geographical location is ideal for quick access to Albi in 5 minutes and a "quiet spot" located in the countryside. Ideal location in the center of Tarn to radiate throughout the department. Water body and many aquatic centers nearby.

The house, with a total area of 80m², spread over 2 floors, consists of:
- a ground floor with living room and large kitchen area (dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, fireplace insert, convertible sofa). - with one floor including 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double and 1 single bed), 1 bathroom (shower, bathtub, washing machine) and toilet.
In addition, the cottage has 2 outdoor terraces (facing south and west) with garden furniture, a barbecue, an unfenced green space, and a private parking.
Free Wi-Fi access.
For free, we provide baby equipment (crib, high chair, booster seat, bath seat, etc.), adult and children's bicycles. Sheets and bath towels are also included in the service. A small vegetable garden is graciously available to the cottage (tomatoes, salads, zucchini, etc.).
Prices are all-inclusive (water, electricity, tourist tax, etc.).

A couple, both high school teachers, rents out an annex of their home, rated as a 4-star rural cottage by the Tarn Prefecture.
