As a lover of special holiday homes, you will be thrilled by this historic townhouse in one of the best locations in Bad Kreuznach. The heritage-protected house has been renovated and expanded with great attention to detail and high quality. Both the interior and the exterior are distinguished by timeless elegance. A tastefully landscaped garden surrounds the detached single-family house with various seating areas (terrace/garden). The house is located at the edge of the forest and offers direct access to the Rotenfels hiking area, the Nahe Valley bike paths, and the spa area of the city of Bad Kreuznach.
Our approximately 170 sqm city house with a garden is suitable for a relaxing vacation where one can leave the everyday stress behind. Due to the generous room layout, a home office/holiday office can easily be set up.
In the entrance area, the beautiful original mosaic tile floor welcomes the visitors. In the spacious living-dining area with a tiled stove, you will find a cozy seating area and a stylish dining room. The large windows offer a view into the garden. The spacious kitchen, including a pantry, is equipped with a modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired.
Upstairs there are 3 separate bedrooms, a generous daylight bathroom, and a storage room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. A baby travel cot and a high chair can be provided if needed.
Bed linen and towels can be booked as part of a "laundry package" or brought by yourself. A laundry package includes a towel, bath towel, bed sheet, and pillowcase.
Smoking and bringing pets are not allowed. Events are also not permitted in our house.
Costs
The minimum stay is 3 nights. The rental price is 200 € per day or 1,400 € per week.
The cost for final cleaning is 70 €.
We are obligated to pay a spa tax to the city of Bad Kreuznach according to the spa tax regulation. This currently amounts to 3.50 € per day and adult.

The holiday home for up to 6 people is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Bad Kreuznach, right in the Salinental spa area.
The Roseninsel and the Salinental with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and the graduation towers of the open-air inhalatorium are within walking distance. A huge park landscape (37 hectares) that stretches for several kilometers along the Nahe, the river running through Bad Kreuznach, offers eight graduation towers, two spa houses, lovely river meadows, and castles. For sports enthusiasts, the fun starts right outside the front door (swimming pool, canoeing and whitewater kayaking, rowboat and paddleboat rental, tennis facilities, mountain biking, and hiking in the immediate area with panoramic views of the valley.
The city center of Bad Kreuznach with its historic bridge houses invites you for a city stroll. The spa town awaits you with a diverse range of restaurants and cafes, museums, a spa park, cinema, and the Bäderhaus. The bathhouse presents itself as one of the most beautiful sauna and wellness landscapes in Germany. The Nahetal Golf Club can also be reached just as quickly.
Various supermarkets and bakeries can be reached within a few minutes by car.
The cities of Mainz, Wiesbaden, Mannheim, Koblenz, and Frankfurt are quickly accessible.
