Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
1st floor: Bedroom (9 sqm) with 1 double bed, air conditioning and access to the balcony (6 sqm, garden furniture). Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed, air conditioning and access to the balcony (6 sqm). Bedroom (10 sqm) with 2 single beds and air conditioning. Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 5 € per person per stay. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. Short stay surcharge (less than 3 nights) obligatory 30% per booking per stay.
