Separate WC (5 sqm) with washing machine, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size), TV, air conditioning and access to the balcony. Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size), TV, air conditioning and access to the balcony. Bedroom (8 sqm) with 1 single bed and air conditioning. 2 bathrooms each (8 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
