Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on bed (small 2.00 x 0.90 m). All windows and external doors are fitted with insect screens. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Kitchenette in the living room with gas hob (2 burners), fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and capsule machine.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
The landlord does not accept bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 22:00 to 07:00.
