The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1991, was renovated in 2015, and is furnished in a modern style. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. The following are available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, campfire area, and courtyard.

Location
Tihany. The holiday flat is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. There is an electric car charging station in the village (350 m).

Special
Air conditioning, central heating (gas, wood/coal). Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board and washing machine. Television reception via cable. German, English. Italian, Dutch. The accommodation features hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 4.00/pet per day. up to 10 kg

Distances
Shopping 450 m, restaurant 300 m, town centre 700 m. For a relaxing holiday, a car is not necessary. In summer: Balaton 500 m in Tihany (beach 500 m in Tihany with lawn).

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor, is covered and leads via the 12 sqm terrace directly into the anteroom with wardrobe.
Ground floor: Living room (60 sqm) with seating area, TV, air conditioning and dining area (6 places). All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens.
1st floor: Bedroom (12 sqm, not heated) with 1 double bed, 1 cot and air conditioning. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens. American kitchen (28 sqm, not heated) with air conditioning, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 2 rings), refrigerator (120 l), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens. Bathroom (6 sqm, not heated) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens.

House rules
The hosting of parties and events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, especially until 08:00.
