Very unhappy with the arrival conditions. The meeting point mentioned on the arrival sheet was not the correct one. The phone contact did not answer, and it took more than 2 hours to find the agency (not indicated) that handled the key handover. Additionally, the deposit (not supposed to be cashed) was set at €500. In practice, €657 was cashed (and not refunded) while the outgoing inventory was impeccable. In this organization where the booking was made on Abritel, for Belvilla which outsources to Vacancéole, there are really administrative negligence and literally a theft of the deposit. If the problem is not resolved in the coming days, then there will be consequences.
