Nickel. On the other hand, it was impossible to contact people for the sheets and towels option. The numbers provided always led to voicemail. Moreover, too many documents were sent with 2 different addresses. In short, we were really uncertain about whether it was a scam until the last moment. The vacation therefore started with a spike in stress. It's really not great. There was also a lack of clarity regarding the inventory. The dishwasher had not been emptied by the previous occupants. The rest of the stay went very well.
