The house is located in a wonderful, quiet south-facing slope on the outskirts of the village.
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet.
From the gallery you look into the spacious living area of the ground floor.
There is the living room with dining area, bar and cosy fireplace corner.
Furthermore, there is the kitchen, the swimming pool, another WC and
the terrace with a wonderful view over the Fulda valley.
Enjoy beautiful days on the almost 1500m² large property
with a small pond and another partly covered terrace area.

The house is located in quiet area in a cul de sac in a residential area of ??Altmorschen. Altmorschen is the capital and administrative center of the municipality Decayed with about 4,000 inhabitants, is located on the outskirts of Fulda valley between Melsungen and Rotenburg an der Fulda in a charming mountainous landscape with forest. Several hiking and biking trails lead through the village. A canoe or a raft trip on the "Fuldanixe" is an experience. In historical Kloser Haydau every 5 years of passion games take place.

Conditionally suitable for children

The holiday home is only partly suitable for families with small children, as the house is situated on a slope and the garden is therefore not level. There are several ponds on the property which are unfortunately not secured. Otherwise, it is a beautiful house and the landlords are friendly and helpful. You can find peace and relaxation here.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Schöne ruhige Umgebung, schön gelegen, super Blick ins Tal.

free time activities: Man ist schon auf´s Fahrrad oder Auto angewiesen. Wandern , optimal

shopping facilities: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Großer EDEKA im Ort ebenso Getränkemarkt.
