Our holiday home has two floors, the modern wooden windows are partly equipped with blinds. The floor consists of oak parquet or granite tiles. You will find a living room and a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a naturally lit bathroom with toilet and shower, a guest toilet with laundry room, hallway with bay window and seating area, large balcony facing southeast. The house offers you enough space for 5 persons (with extra bed) all year round in the south-east of the district Treptow-Köpenick, the greenest district of Berlin. It is located 5 km from the Berliner Ring motorway exit Berlin-Köpenick, or 1km from the S-Bahn.

Location and surroundings of object
The place Rahn OT Hessenwinkel village is built in a one-or two-family home construction, surrounded by forest, Dämeritzsee and Spree. The bike path R1 leads past our property. Near the S-Bahn station Wilhelmshagen is the largest, partly forested dune from the last ice age, the Püttberge. If enough snow to Püttberge are ideal for winter sports. Throughout the living area, the 30 km / h speed limit applies.

very beautiful
We were in the house for the third time. It was, as always, very nice and we can only recommend it. We were there with a small dog. It was also ideal for him, directly by the forest and close to the water, so you can take very nice walks.

Beautiful holiday home
We were four people in this beautiful holiday home. There was enough space for everyone. Everything you need is there, Aldi and Edeka are just around the corner. Bus stops right outside the door. We would recommend the house. Ideally, it is for 2 to 3 people, but as previously mentioned, 4 people also have enough space. Many thanks to the landlords for their hospitality.

Beautiful and Pleasant Vacation Apartment
It is a beautiful and quiet holiday apartment. A bus stop, lake, and shopping facilities are all within easy walking distance. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating. On our next visit to Berlin, we will rent this holiday apartment again. Thank you for a lovely time.

Beautiful short holiday
All in all, the accommodation was ok, there are many storage possibilities for the holiday utensils in several small rooms, furthermore, there is a large balcony and a guest toilet
Friendly landlords, always ready for a chat, so we got enough information about the surrounding area and also 2 grills for our barbecue evening provided
Several discounters as well as gastronomic facilities are in the immediate vicinity and thus within walking distance
Please note that there is no parking space on the property, but we found a parking space for our car in the immediate vicinity.
The connection to public transport is ideal, there is a bus stop 20 m from the property.
All in all, I can recommend the apartment to others.

Very good all-round package
Not far from the Müggelsee is the Andrea holiday home. The flat is very well connected,
the supermarket is not far away. In the garden, in addition to the many neatly arranged pieces of wood for the winter and other lovely details, you will find a large green tractor. The children loved it! There was enough space for 3 adults and 2 children of primary school age. The division of the rooms on two floors also worked well because there was enough space and retreats for sleeping.
The flat itself is very clean, tidy and lovingly decorated. We chose it because of the great pictures and have not regretted it. The light atmosphere is wonderful. Another highlight was the dining table with a view of the greenery. We felt very comfortable and were able to retreat well. The host family was maximally friendly and made me feel at ease. The prices are very fair!!! Everything was available, as you would want from a holiday home. I can recommend the Andrea holiday home 100% without reservation.
