Haus Björks is a pretty, well-kept, typically classic Swedish house with 2 floors suitable for up to 5 people.
The house is part of an old farm in the village of Närlunda near Lake Viken. Our house is newly renovated. Pets only on request. Non-smoking house.
It has a large terrace facing west with a fantastic view and evening sun. There is terrace furniture with space for 8 people, a gas grill, and a large awning. Very quiet and peaceful location with views over surrounding fields. Large beautiful natural plot with apple trees, berry bushes, and wildflowers.
The house has 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, 2 small bedrooms (1 + 2 beds) upstairs. In a large room upstairs there is a sofa bed and a large workspace. WiFi via fiber optic cable (100mb/sec) is included.
The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
The kitchen is very well equipped, e.g. an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and good kitchen equipment. A classic functioning Swedish wood stove.
The kitchen leads out to the terrace.
In the living room on the ground floor there is a sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV, and dining table. An air heat pump, which can also be used for cooling.

Lake Viken has very clear water and offers many good opportunities for swimming and fishing. About 1 km away there is a bathing area with a jetty. Näs Boat Club is about 3 km from the house on Lake Viken. There is the possibility to rent a boat at a reasonable price, with or without a motor.
There are numerous excursion destinations nearby, e.g. Tiveden National Park, Karlsborg Fortress, and the Göta Canal.
At approx. There is a well-stocked country store in Undenäs 3 km away, which is open daily, as well as a gas station.
