Wonderful, beautiful villa in Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain with spectacular views and private pool for 2-8 persons. The house Vista del mar is located in a quiet residential area at the foot of the Montgo mountain and the sandy beach Marineta Cassiana, as well as various other beaches of Denia are only about 3 km away.
The newly renovated villa on 4 levels (car park-apartment 1-apartment 2-pool level) offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a guest toilet on pool level, spread over 3 floors. There are 2 residential units that are almost identical. On each floor there is a flat for 2-4 persons with 2 bedrooms, 1 modern bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a newly renovated kitchen and living area. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living areas, which can be used for cooling or heating. Almost all rooms offer a marvellous view of the sea. Outside, there is an impressive view of the Montgo mountain range and its nature reserve. This can be reached on foot and beautiful hikes can be undertaken. The magnificent 180 degree view of the sea, the harbour of Denia and the bay is the highlight of this location and allows holidaymakers to experience the Mediterranean ambience.
The property offers a lot of privacy, a beautiful garden with lawn and trees, a wonderful pool, a beautiful view of the bay, the sea, the mountains, the town and the harbour and a beautiful view of the valley, the private pool, has a larger area ideal for children, as well as a bubble whirlpool function and a water fountain. On the pool level there is also a separate summer kitchen, a large gas barbecue and a guest toilet. Various sun loungers and lounge sofa furniture, as well as a dining area round off the fantastic outdoor area.
A very suitable villa for 2 families with children or friends to spend a relaxing holiday in Denia or Spain.
Important to know: There are 2 private parking spaces for 2 cars. It is not possible to park on the street. Not suitable for disabled people.
