Negativ:
Das Haus wurde auf der Seite für 305.- EUR incl. Klima und Endreinigung angeboten.
Berechnet wurden dann aber 425.- EUR. Auf Nachfrage wurde keine Korrektur vorgenommen und auch nicht warum so hoch.
SO mussten wir den höheren Betrag bezahlen ansonsten wäre es nicht reserviert worden.
Es wurde beschrieben Grundstück komplett eingezäunte. Ist aber nicht der Fall. Zur Straßenseite sind nur Büsche und Hecken wir Lücken so das der Hund ohne Probleme abhauen könnte.
Nicht zu empfehlen ( wie angeben bis 6 Personen ) für 6 Personen. Nicht mehr als 4 Personen da die Wohnung nicht so groß ist und die 3 Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen sind und die anderen beiden müßten dann auf einer Couch schlafen. Geht vielleicht in Ordnung für 1x übernachten.
Drinnen mit 6 Personen schlafen und essen nicht möglich
Das Haus ansonsten ist schön liegt liegt in einer sehr schönen Bungalow Siedlung in der man kostenlos das Schwimmbad, die Tennisplätze, den Minigolfplatz, den Sportplatz, Vollyballplatz usw. benutzen kann.
Kochen ist nur mit Gas möglich aber kein Problem,
Ansonsten wäre das Haus zu empfehlen.
