In a separate wing of a from 1800 completely renovated house, in a superb panoramic position overlooking the Gulf, Capo Caccia and the city of Alghero (about km), we rent an apartment.
It consists of a living room with kitchenette and loft with 2 beds (double bed and half square); Bedroom with two single beds (double bed modular), bathroom with shower and also a second outside as well with shower, opposite the 5 beds.
This apartment has the Wi-Fi connection.

The daughter of the owners is a qualified mountain guide and environmental expert. It organizes excursions to spectacular places for lovers of trekking and hiking along the beach of the panoramic coastal road, cliff and inside in the hills. Location and surroundings of object
This property is out of the ordinary: the atmosphere is very relaxing holiday. All around you there is a green area of olive trees and gardens and in front, lying on the deck chair, you will see the blue sea in the Gulf of Alghero. From the veranda of the sea, in front of the old well, look at the back of the Chapel of 1800s.
For the same porch in the evening, one can enjoy the sunset, and just behind it, fish or meat is grilling among the olive trees and the fresh sea salt roasted.
Dida's located in a quiet location, surrounded by the peace of the countryside, while the larger beaches are about 10 minutes away. The town is still very close ( km), agile and offers a variety of restaurants, pizzerias, bars and snack bars, shops, supermarkets .. The apartment is located 500 meters from the sea in a straight line, 12 km from Alghero airport. You can reach the area south of Alghero (Reference: Via S. Anna), so that the house is located about km south-west.

Holiday apartment with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Alghero and the sunset
We really enjoyed the week in the vacation apartment.
The view from the terrace over the Gulf of Alghero and the sunset was dreamy! Maria and her daughter Erica were great hosts!
From Maria, we received homemade olive oil and small sweet Sardinian treats as gifts.
Erica gave us many detailed tips at the beginning of our vacation week. The contact with her was very good and warm, and she was always reachable via WhatsApp. We also really liked Spiaggia La Speranza (also a tip from Erica), just a 10-minute drive from the vacation apartment. Especially in the evening, it is beautiful here. We can recommend this accommodation without any reservations.

Quiet accommodation with flair
Beautiful, expansive property on the outskirts of Alghero, with a view of the sea and the city, very quietly located.
Erica warmly welcomed us and provided many helpful tips and suggestions regarding restaurants, shopping (including fresh pasta, pastries, bread, and wine), as well as great hikes and excursions in the area. Erica speaks fluent German.
The apartment is very cozy and functional. Every day we enjoyed the outdoor area with various seating options and the great view. Erica's parents, Maria and Carlo, who live on the estate, are super hospitable, warm-hearted, and always helpful. Maria spoiled us with her own grapes and great pastries.

Already at the greeting, we were treated to a delicious homemade cake by Maria and from the first moment we felt very welcome thanks to the warm reception. Erica gave us great tips and recommendations for activities and culinary experiences which we gladly accepted. The location of the houses is a dream, with a view of the sea, beautiful sunsets, and pure peace and relaxation. We lacked nothing. Our conclusion is, we will come back, because it was a vacation like with friends. ☺

Great, highly recommended.
We spent 3 fantastic weeks at Villa Viburni. The accommodation is very quiet in a large, park-like grounds with olive trees, oleanders, cypresses, and holm oaks.
There is a magnificent view of the sea, Alghero, and the mountains.
We were warmly welcomed by Maria, Erica, and Carlos and spoiled with homemade cake, fresh ravioli, and homemade myrtle liqueur.
Erica and Maria took a lot of time and gave us many good tips.
Also highly recommended is a hike with Erica. We went on a fantastic and very interesting hike on Capo Caccia with Erica.
We can only recommend this fantastically beautiful place from Maria, Erica, and Carlos and their hospitality.
Thank you very much, we will definitely come back!

Idyllic and quiet - a dream!
We spent a wonderful week in the idyllically situated flat above Alghero in the beautiful property of the landlord family. There was really everything you need. The view of the sea: a dream. The landlords, especially Maria and Erica, are very warm and attentive hosts who provided us with homemade cakes, their own olive oil and many valuable tips for excursions in the area. We really felt at home! Thank you very much for that, it is not a matter of course! 100% to be recommended!

Der Blick von der Terasse über den Golf von Alghero und den Sonnenuntergang war traumhaft! Maria und ihre Tochter Erica waren tolle Gastgeber!
Von Maria haben wir selbstgemachtes Olivenöl und kleine süße sardische Leckereien geschenkt bekommen.
Erica hat uns zum Beginn unserer Ferienwoche sehr viele und ausführliche Tipps gegeben. Der Kontakt zu ihr war sehr gut und herzlich und sie war über whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar.
Sehr gefallen hat uns auch am Spiaggia La Speranza (auch ein Tipp von Erica), nur 10 Autominuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Besonders am Abend ist es hier wunderschön
Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.
Erica begrüßte uns sehr herzlich und gab uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Anregungen hinsichtlich Restaurants, Einkäufen (u.a. frische Pasta, Gebäck, Brot und Wein) und tollen Wanderungen und Ausflügen in der Umgebung. Erica spricht fließend Deutsch.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und funktional. Täglich haben wir den Außenbereich mit verschieden Sitzmöglichkeiten und den großartigen Ausblick genossen.
Ericas Eltern, Maria und Carlo, die auf dem Anwesen leben, sind super gastfreundlich, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Maria verwöhnte uns mit eigenen Trauben und tollem Gebäck.
Unser Fazit ist, wir kommen wieder, denn es war ein Urlaub wie bei Freunden.☺
Man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, Alghero und die Berge.
Wir wurden sehr warmherzig von Maria, Erica und Carlos empfangen und mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen, frischen Ravioli und selbst aufgesetztem Myrte- Likör verwöhnt.
Erica und Maria haben sich viel Zeit genommen und uns viele gute Tips gegeben.
Sehr zu empfeheln ist auch eine Wanderung mit Erica. Wir haben mit Erica eine traumhafte und sehr interessante Wanderung auf Capo Caccia gemacht.
Wir können diesen traumhaft schönen Platz von Maria, Erica und Carlos und deren Gastfreundschaft nur empfehlen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und bekamen sehr viele Tipps und Anregungen von Erica, sie spricht fließend Deutsch. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Täglich waren wir von dem großartigen Ausblick auf‘s Meer begeistert.
Wir bekamen sogar einen sehr leckeren großen selbstgebackenen Kuchen von Ericas Mutter Maria und eigenes sehr gutes Olivenöl.
Wir können unsere Gastgeber Erica, Maria und Bruno nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll und mit viel Handwerkskunst und Charme ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Alles pikobello sauber!
Die Lage im Olivenhain ist einfach traumhaft.
Als Willkommensgeschenk haben wir eine kleine Flasche des selbsthergestellten Bioolivenöls erhalten.
Auf dem ganzen Anwesen wird sehr auf ökologische Verträglichkeit geachtet.
Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!
Die Ferienwohnung ist schön geräumig und sehr interessant aufgeteilt.
Die Schlafgelegenheiten für die Kinder sind sehr schön.
Mit zwei Bädern ausgestattet gibt es nie Stau und Stress.
Die ruhige Lage mitten in Olivenhainen, mit Blick auf das Meer ist sehr entspannend.
Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in der Stadt und findet da Alles was mann benötigt.
Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.
La maison située sur les hauteurs est retirée de la ville d'Alghero… et des touristes. Nous avions le sentiment d'être seuls au monde. Le logement est pourtant accolé à la maison de la propriétaire mais sa discrétion était telle que nous n'avons pas une seule fois été ennuyés. Erica, nous vous remercierons d'ailleurs jamais assez pour toutes les précieuses informations que vous nous aviez transmises à notre arrivée. Cela nous avait vraiment bien aidé.
A l'intérieur de la maison, une déco typée rustique en accord avec les jolies pierres de la propriété. Les pièces de vie sont assez petites tout comme les chambres des enfants mais le jardin et la vue sont tellement magiques que nous ne restions pas longtemps à l'intérieur. La chambre parentale est quant à elle bien spacieuse. Il y a une salle de bain extérieure très pratique quand nous revenons de la plage plein de sable. Seul petit bémol, les moustiquaires des lucarnes des chambres des enfants. Ces insectes sont coriaces et passaient au travers! Mais c'est un désagrément bien maigre comparativement à la beauté des lieux. C'est simple, au retour d'une promenade, quand nous découvrions la maison, nous avions encore l'impression de réaliser une jolie excursion… Nous recommandons fortement ce lieu et gardons précieusement cette adresse.
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, sehr gepflegt und liebevoll ausgestattet. In der Küchenausstattung fehlte nichts, eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist herrlich unter Steineichen, Kiefern und Olivenbäumen, Blick aufs Meer, einem großen Oleander vor der Terrasse. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein weiterer ruhiger Sitzplatz außerhalb der Terrasse im Schatten.
Herzlichen Dank an Erica, Maria und Carlo. Wir haben uns in Dependance Viburni sehr wohl gefühlt.
Als wir nach der Fährüberfahrt gegen 10 Uhr ankamen, wurden wir von Erica, der Tochter (die auch gut deutsch spricht :-)), nett und freundlich empfangen und bekamen von ihr viele nützliche Tipps zum Einkaufen, zu Ausflugszielen, Stränden und Restaurants, die wir weitgehend alle und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit genutzt haben. Dazu gab's ein paar sardische "Begrüßungskekse". Nach Rückkehr aus deren Urlaub lernten wir auch Maria (spricht gut Englisch) und ihren Mann kennen, beide auch sehr zuvorkommend. Von Maria wurden wir auch noch mit Olivenöl, selbst eingelegten Oliven und einem leckeren Zitronenkuchen verwöhnt. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub in der Dépendance Vilburni sehr genossen und uns total wohlgefühlt. Eine absolute Empfehlung!
Erica hat uns mit Ihrem lieben Sohn herzlich empfangen und super auf deutsch Wander- Einkaufs- Bademöglichkeiten erklärt und Restaurants empfohlen, wo wir auch einmal eine sehr leckere Pizza gegessen haben. Maria hat uns dann mit Wein, Olivenöl und Weintrauben verwöhnt.
Zu beachten ist, dass man viel mit dem Auto fahren muss, weil es etwas abgelegen liegt, aber dadurch ist es auch so herrlich ruhig!!
. Das Haus ist sehr schön, klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was zum kochen notwendig ist. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!! Anna Maria und Freunde
