In a separate wing of a from 1800 completely renovated house, in a superb panoramic position overlooking the Gulf, Capo Caccia and the city of Alghero (about km), we rent an apartment.
It consists of a living room with kitchenette and loft with 2 beds (double bed and half square); Bedroom with two single beds (double bed modular), bathroom with shower and also a second outside as well with shower, opposite the 5 beds.
This apartment has the Wi-Fi connection.

The daughter of the owners is a qualified mountain guide and environmental expert. It organizes excursions to spectacular places for lovers of trekking and hiking along the beach of the panoramic coastal road, cliff and inside in the hills. Location and surroundings of object

This property is out of the ordinary: the atmosphere is very relaxing holiday. All around you there is a green area of olive trees and gardens and in front, lying on the deck chair, you will see the blue sea in the Gulf of Alghero. From the veranda of the sea, in front of the old well, look at the back of the Chapel of 1800s.
For the same porch in the evening, one can enjoy the sunset, and just behind it, fish or meat is grilling among the olive trees and the fresh sea salt roasted.
Dida's located in a quiet location, surrounded by the peace of the countryside, while the larger beaches are about 10 minutes away. The town is still very close ( km), agile and offers a variety of restaurants, pizzerias, bars and snack bars, shops, supermarkets .. The apartment is located 500 meters from the sea in a straight line, 12 km from Alghero airport. You can reach the area south of Alghero (Reference: Via S. Anna), so that the house is located about km south-west.

Quiet accommodation with flair

Beautiful, expansive property on the outskirts of Alghero, with a view of the sea and the city, very quietly located.
Erica warmly welcomed us and provided many helpful tips and suggestions regarding restaurants, shopping (including fresh pasta, pastries, bread, and wine), as well as great hikes and excursions in the area. Erica speaks fluent German.
The apartment is very cozy and functional. Every day we enjoyed the outdoor area with various seating options and the great view. Erica's parents, Maria and Carlo, who live on the estate, are super hospitable, warm-hearted, and always helpful. Maria spoiled us with her own grapes and great pastries.

Already at the greeting, we were treated to a delicious homemade cake by Maria and from the first moment we felt very welcome thanks to the warm reception. Erica gave us great tips and recommendations for activities and culinary experiences which we gladly accepted. The location of the houses is a dream, with a view of the sea, beautiful sunsets, and pure peace and relaxation. We lacked nothing. Our conclusion is, we will come back, because it was a vacation like with friends. ☺

Great, highly recommended.

We spent 3 fantastic weeks at Villa Viburni. The accommodation is very quiet in a large, park-like grounds with olive trees, oleanders, cypresses, and holm oaks.
There is a magnificent view of the sea, Alghero, and the mountains.
We were warmly welcomed by Maria, Erica, and Carlos and spoiled with homemade cake, fresh ravioli, and homemade myrtle liqueur.
Erica and Maria took a lot of time and gave us many good tips.
Also highly recommended is a hike with Erica. We went on a fantastic and very interesting hike on Capo Caccia with Erica.
We can only recommend this fantastically beautiful place from Maria, Erica, and Carlos and their hospitality.
Thank you very much, we will definitely come back!

Idyllic and quiet - a dream!

We spent a wonderful week in the idyllically situated flat above Alghero in the beautiful property of the landlord family. There was really everything you need. The view of the sea: a dream. The landlords, especially Maria and Erica, are very warm and attentive hosts who provided us with homemade cakes, their own olive oil and many valuable tips for excursions in the area. We really felt at home! Thank you very much for that, it is not a matter of course! 100% to be recommended!

Dreamlike location

Beautiful property close to the outskirts of Alghero, very quiet location.
We were greeted very warmly and received lots of tips and suggestions from Erica, who speaks fluent German. The flat is very cosy and left nothing to be desired. Every day we were thrilled by the great view of the sea.
We even got a very delicious big homemade cake from Erica's mother Maria and her own very good olive oil.
We can highly recommend our hosts Erica, Maria and Bruno.

Fantastic holiday in a dream location and dream environment!

Our hosts were away and we were looked after by the daughter!
Many thanks to Erica for her commitment and help and explanations down to the smallest detail!
The flat was very lovingly decorated and furnished with a lot of craftsmanship and charm. Everything was spotlessly clean!
The location in the olive grove is simply fantastic.
As a welcome gift we received a small bottle of the home-made organic olive oil
The whole property is very ecologically friendly.
We will definitely be back!

Very nice holiday flat in a quiet location.

The landlords are very nice and very accommodating.
The holiday home is nicely spacious and very interestingly divided.
The sleeping arrangements for the children are very nice.
Equipped with two bathrooms, there is never any congestion or stress.
The quiet location in the middle of olive groves, with a view of the sea is very relaxing.
By car you can reach the town in 10 minutes and find everything you need.

a perfect holiday

We arrived with three adults and one child (6 years) and were very nicely welcomed by Erica (daughter) and Maria (landlady). We got a lot of useful tips for excursions in the surroundings. Maria is a very warm woman who welcomed us with cake and a bottle of her own olive oil. The accommodation is beautifully situated in a panoramic position with a view to Alghero and the sea. We had full use of the owners' garden and the roof terrace. The accommodation is in very good condition and there are two nice bathrooms. We made very nice excursions from the accommodation. The highlights in the area are very easy to reach by car. A car is highly recommended. If we go to Sardinia again, this would be our accommodation again. We had a wonderful time there.

Un séjour enchanteur

It was a constantly renewed pleasure to spend these two weeks in this typical accommodation, nestled in a lovely garden surrounded by olive trees, and its cute terrace offering a breathtaking view of one of the most beautiful bays on the island.
The house, located on the heights, is away from the city of Alghero... and tourists. We felt like we were alone in the world. The accommodation is actually attached to the owner's house, but her discretion was such that we were never bothered once. Erica, we will never thank you enough for all the valuable information you gave us when we arrived. It really helped us a lot. Inside the house, there is a rustic decor in line with the beautiful stones of the property. The living spaces and children's bedrooms are quite small, but the garden and the view are so magical that we didn't spend much time inside. The master bedroom, on the other hand, is very spacious. There is a practical outdoor bathroom for when we come back from the sandy beach. The only downside is the mosquito nets on the children's bedrooms skylights. These insects are tough and were getting through! But this is a very minor inconvenience compared to the beauty of the place. It's simple, when we returned from a walk and saw the house, we still felt like we had just taken a lovely trip... We highly recommend this place and will keep this address precious.

A beautiful country-style holiday flat to feel good in

We were warmly welcomed by Erica, who explained to us in German all the sights in the area. Maria welcomed us with a very delicious hazelnut cake and a bottle of Vermentino
The house is quietly situated, very well maintained and lovingly furnished. Nothing was missing in the kitchen equipment, a washing machine is available. The location is wonderful under holm oaks, pines and olive trees, view of the sea, a large oleander in front of the terrace. The flat has another quiet sitting area outside the terrace in the shade.
Many thanks to Erica, Maria and Carlo. We felt very comfortable in Dependance Viburni.

Pure relaxation

Very quiet and beautiful property surrounded by olive trees with a wonderful view of the sea and sunset.
Erica and her lovely son gave us a warm welcome and explained hiking, shopping and swimming possibilities in German and recommended restaurants, where we also had a very tasty pizza. Maria then spoiled us with wine, olive oil and grapes.
Please note that you have to drive a lot because it is a bit remote, but that is why it is so wonderfully quiet!

Pure relaxation - beautiful property, great location and super nice landlords

This was our first time in Sardinia and we were thrilled with our flat. The accommodation is a bit outside of Alghero (of course you need a car), but still close to shops, restaurants and the beaches and therefore quiet and with a great view of the sea and Capo Caccia. There is a small living room/kitchen, a large bedroom, 2 further separate sleeping accommodations on galleries, 2! Bathrooms, a beautiful covered terrace and enough space to be in the shade or the sun. Also worth mentioning is the wifi, a washing machine and a nice barbecue. A note for coffee drinkers: there is only a small espresso maker for the cooker.
When we arrived after the ferry crossing at about 10 am, we were received nicely and friendly by Erica, the daughter (who also speaks good German :-)), and got many useful tips from her for shopping, excursions, beaches and restaurants, which we largely used all and to our full satisfaction. In addition there's a few Sardinian "welcome cookies". After returning from their holiday, we also met Maria (speaks good English) and her husband, both also very obliging. We were also spoiled by Maria with olive oil, home-pickled olives and a delicious lemon cake. All in all, we enjoyed our holiday at Dépendance Vilburni very much and felt totally at home. An absolute recommendation!

Traumhaft schönes Anwesen

Dreamlike beautiful property surrounded by olive trees, pure tranquility, super nice owners who can provide a lot of information about the area around Alghero and give valuable tips. The holiday apartments were furnished with great attention to detail, we felt very comfortable there. Maria surprised us with a delicious chocolate cake as a welcome gift, and we were also able to taste the delicious homemade olive oil, which was excellent. We will definitely visit Maria and Karlos again.

Paradiesische Lage

We spent a few days at the beautiful estate of Carlos and Maria. They welcomed us very kindly late in the evening with a freshly baked cake. Both are very hospitable and helpful and provided us with great information about sights to see. The location is stunning and waking up every morning with a view of the sea surrounded by olive trees and flowers felt like paradise. The house is very nice, small, but equipped with everything necessary for cooking. We enjoyed it so much that we want to come back next year. Thanks for the great stay!! Anna Maria and friends
