Description
At the beginning of the bay of St. Tropez in the small town of Ste. Maxime, Cote d'Azur, you will find the small Villa Mylagradi directly on the sea. Distance to the centre of Ste. Maxime is approx. 900 m. Free public parking opposite the house.
The bright flat consists downstairs of a living-dining room with new refrigerator, dishwasher and pizza oven in the small kitchenette, dining table, couch, drawer cabinet, etc.. In addition, there is a bathroom with bathtub and WC downstairs.
A spiral staircase leads to the open sleeping gallery with a french. Bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed (130 cm), mirrored wardrobe and 2nd bathroom with shower-WC.
The app. approx. 50 m² for two adults and two children.

If the apartment is not left broom-clean (dishes cleaned and put away, Refrigerators and defrosting) additional cleaning costs will be charged. Please leave beach mats, bathing shoes, air mattresses, etc. cleaned and deposited in the cupboard. As this is a private apartment, please bring bed linen and towels with you and take them off again when you move out. |

Nice and clean apartment. Very suitable for two people.
Great location right on the beach - it really doesn't get any better than this.
Very nice landlord who is available with advice and support.

Vacation
The situation is amazing. You lie in bed and look at the sea or beach. It can't get any better. The equipment ... everything is there, but outdated. The kitchen definitely needs to be redone. The final cleaning is clearly too expensive, or let's say change the cleaning lady or lower the price. Subtenants had construction work in the basement for 2 days (including drilling and hammering). The entrance door was slammed shut several times a day. The toilet flush didn't stop. Despite the negative things, we will gladly come back to the apartment as soon as something has been done.

This private holiday app. in the small villa Mylagradi directly at the sea is rented out, because the owner unfortunately, the owner is not always on holiday and it would be a pity if other holiday guests could not enjoy the unique location on the bay of St. Tropez. There are 4 other small apartments in the house, which belong to French people and are partly also rented out to holiday guests. Please leave the apartment swept and tidy so that the next guests will find a habitable apartment should the cleaning lady be unavailable.
